The pathway, in real time
Sunday, 7:42pm. Your clinic is closed. Margaret isn't waiting.
Scroll to follow an illustrative enquiry through the pathway, from a knee-pain ad to an attended consultation.
For established private MSK, spine & regenerative clinics
Most private clinics don't need more leads. They need more qualified booked consultations from patients who are local, condition-matched, pricing-aware and ready to speak to the clinic. We install and run the route from ad to diary for your priority pathway, and we're measured on booked consultations, not clicks.

Where it goes wrong
If you're already investing in ads, this is usually where the return goes. They're the four leaks we check first in every Patient Leak Audit.
An evening enquiry waits until the morning. By then the patient has spoken to another clinic.
Your team spends time on calls before learning the patient expected NHS funding.
Patients ask for "stem cells" or "PRP" before anyone has assessed them. Clinicians spend time un-selling.
You know cost per lead. You can't see which pound produced an attended consultation or a treatment.
Who it's for
We take on a small number of clinics, one per treatment per area. These are the four we work with best.
You're paying for enquiries on Meta or Google, and too many leak after the click. We make that spend book more consultations before you add a pound.
You offer PRP, Arthrosamid, stem cell or BMAC, but patients don't know the private option exists or stall at the price. We educate them before they call.
Your diary depends on GP and insurer referrals. We build a self-pay route that doesn't.
Enquiries are spread across sites and nobody owns speed to lead. One booking engine and one cost-per-consultation report across every site.

Your numbers
Put in your clinic's figures for one priority pathway. The striped part of each bar is patients who dropped out at that stage.
"Lost" counts enquiries that didn't get through contact, booking and attendance, multiplied by your own attended-to-treatment rate and treatment value. It's a guide to where to look, not a promise of what you'll recover.
What your patients see
Try it as a patient. On the right you'll see what the system does with each answer. It never makes a clinical judgement. It checks practical fit and passes anything unclear to a person.

The 90-Day Full Diary Install
An agreed target, in writing
On the call we agree the number with you, based on your ad budget and diary capacity. It goes into your agreement and we report against it every week. The full terms, including what happens if we miss it, are set out on the call.
A consultation only counts when the patient is in your agreed area, matched to the priority pathway, aware of the private route and fees, able to self-fund or use insurance, booked into your approved diary, and traceable to its source.
One clinic per treatment per area. Once an area is taken for a treatment, it's taken.
You work with the founders. No account managers. We launch two clinics a week so each one gets our full attention.

Questions clinic owners ask us
Most agencies stop at the click. We work on what happens after it: speed to lead, follow-up, booking and show rate. The Patient Leak Audit shows you where your current setup loses people, whoever runs your ads.
That's why we're measured on one number, qualified booked consultations, agreed in writing and reported every Friday. You keep ownership of the ad account, the CRM and the patient data, so nothing is held back if you leave.
An ad budget paid directly to Meta, someone on your team who calls new enquiries within the hour, room in the diary for more consultations, and written sign-off on ads and messages. If any of those are missing, we'll tell you on the call rather than take the work.
No. Ads and pages lead with the condition and with assessment, never with treatment outcomes. Patients read about options, risks and costs before anyone calls them. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Meta and the ASA restrict claims about treatments like stem cells and PRP. We advertise the consultation and the patient's problem, use low-claim educational creative, and keep efficacy claims out of ads. Where a pathway involves a prescription-only medicine, we advertise the consultation route only. Everything is reviewed before launch.
You do. Enquiries sit in a CRM you and your practice manager have full access to. Automated messages are sent only with the patient's consent, and patients can stop them at any time.
If you add the AI receptionist, yes. It says it is automated, answers only approved admin questions, and hands anything clinical to your team. It never diagnoses, judges suitability or recommends treatment.
The assessment checks practical fit: location, the private route, readiness and awareness of fees. Anything unclear goes to a person, not an automatic rejection. Clinical suitability is always your call, in your consultation.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, separate from our fee. It needs to be enough to fill the target we agree, so we set it on the call from your priority treatment and diary capacity. If the numbers don't stack up, we'll say so.
The Patient Leak Audit
We make a real enquiry to your clinic, score the route from ad to diary out of 100, and send you a 5-minute video with the three biggest leaks and the first fix we'd make. There's no charge and no call needed to watch it.
We record three audits a day and review every request before we do. If your clinic isn't a fit, we'll tell you.
